A lot of updates in the last year. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a touch less car wash give them a try.

Extremely disappointed with the overall care of this car wash 2 out of 4 Bays don't work & often I find that there is no soap when you turn the dial. Also Soap & wax at low pressure is extremely disappointing! (The fact that there is a notice you have to wait 10 to 12 seconds to fill the lines, it's a waste of the customers paid time!) Maintenance seems to be lacking for sometime now. It's a shame it could be a prize location of Portage lakes. Sadly it is Rundown & it's been happening for quite awhile now. There's no excuse for it, if you're going to run a business & take people's money for a service, then customer expecting you to provide a good service. It's what the customer is expecting! Its what business is all about! If you're not prepared to offer it, you will loose your customer trust & business. So my note to the owner, if you don't want to (do it for the customer)? Then just sell the business to somebody else that will offer a (good) service for the customers money!

This Carwash is the best bargain in town, it has everything you need for your interior and exterior. The one time my app did not work properly, Matt was extremely helpful and fixed my problem within minutes. He also gave me some helpful tips on detailing my car. I would recommend this Carwash highly.

I’ve been coming here for years. Owner is extremely nice. Never damages my car and is ceramic coat friendly. The blowers are great and I always leave with a clean car. Happy to see even more upgrades on their way! Keep it up!

Car wash is rundown and regularly broken down. They do not open the wash bays anymore either. I tried the carwash again and it is still terrible. Got my van back from the detail shop yesterday and bought the $15 wash to get the salt off. The sides of the van were covered in road film. Whatever you have changed from the prior owner you need to change it back. I suspect you are running the wrong soap mixture or non at all.
